An enterprise agreement sets out the terms, conditions and wages for employees within a particular organisation in place of an Award. These agreements are negotiated between the employer and employees, which are to be covered in an agreement. Enterprise bargaining agreements can be beneficial to some organisations by adding more flexibility, efficiency and stability to the workplace.
