Contracts of Employment
Whether your employees are employed on a full-time, part-time or casual basis, contracts of employment are an essential tool to protect your business and ensure compliance with legislative and Award requirements. Enterprise Bargaining Agreements
An enterprise agreement sets out the terms, conditions and wages for employees within a particular organisation in place of an Award. Workplace Health and Safety
Employers have various legislative obligations to ensure, so far as reasonably practicable, the health and safety of workers in their workplace. There are substantial penalties for employers who breach their legislative obligations.
